Aruna C. Newton

Associate Vice President and Head – Global Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability Reporting and Governance, Infosys

Aruna C. Newton Aruna started her career as a Cost Accountant and worked extensively in the area of sales and marketing, before coming home to learning and development. Over the last 25+ years, she has traversed many fields gaining a rich experience and perspective across organizations, people and functions.

As Associate Vice President, she leads Infosys Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability Reporting and Governance portfolios. A leader in Executive Council at Infosys Bangalore Development Centre, she is also Founder Mentor of Green Connect, the Infosys environmental sustainability initiative powered by Infoscions.

She was the President of the Electronics City Industries Association (ELCIA), an industrial estate of over 180 corporations, and she continues to be engaged in security, traffic, transport, infrastructure and social programs for the estate. She now serves as the Chairperson of ELCIA Trust. She works with Bangalore City Police and the Government of Karnataka on projects concerning improvements to traffic and infrastructure and the prevention of crime in the city. In 2009, she was honored with the WILL Women’s Choice Award, a special recognition for Women in Leadership. She was also selected as The Most Happening Woman in Bangalore – 2011, by the Women’s Guild, a forum for talented women across fields and endeavors.

Her current efforts include working with Civil Defence; Jaago Re and Jaagte Raho, Citizen Police and other projects aimed at growing the involvement of citizens in governance and actions – a key to building a vibrant democracy.

A keen sports enthusiast, Aruna has represented Karnataka in Women’s Hockey for many years including captaining the state team, school, college and university teams in a sports career spanning over 11 years. She is also an amateur athlete (marathon) and motorcyclist. She also serves on the Board of Studies at Mount Carmel College’s Commerce Department.

Principal - Experience Design, Infosys

April WangApril Wang is a designer in the Infosys Design team in Palo Alto, CA. She designs with pixels, plants and almost everything else. She is inspired by Ada Lovelace, a 19th century mathematician who is said to be the first programmer.

Binod Hampapur Rangadore Binod Hampapur Rangadore is an Executive Vice President and the Global Head of Talent and Technology Operations. Talent Operations comprise Recruitment, Education, Training and Assessment, Talent Planning and Global Immigration. Technology Operations comprise Computers and Communications Division, Information Systems, Information Security Group and Commercial. The India Business Unit reports in to him.

Binod has over 30 years of industry experience and has held several leadership positions at Infosys. He joined the company in 1993 as the Head of Manpower Planning. From 1996 to 1998, he was Head of the Customer Support Group for the Banking business unit. Subsequently, he was Senior Vice President and Global Head of Commercial and Facilities functions. Binod took on the role of the Global Head of Commercial and Corporate Relations functions in 2010.

As a responsible corporate citizen, Binod has funded the establishment of a 150-bed hospital for Sri Sringeri Mutt. In an honorary role, he is the Chairman of the Board of Governors at Rangadore Memorial Hospital, which is named after his father, the late H.S. Rangadore.

Binod started his career in MICO BOSCH as a technical sales engineer. He has a bachelor’s degree in industrial and production engineering from the BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India.

Cristin Balog

BalogA dual Australian-US citizen, Cristin returned to her native San Francisco Bay Area in 2015 to take up the US role after six years heading Infosys marketing in the Australia & New Zealand region. Her background includes over 20 years driving growth for major enterprises, mid-market companies and startups, including Morgan Stanley, Yahoo!, Delta Dental and Microsoft. She attended Yale and UC Berkeley, and is the proud mum of Flynn (her Australian born son who studies in the US) and Colin (her American born son who studies in Australia).

Gopikrishnan Konnanath

Vice President & Head—Enterprise Application Integration, BPM & Services, Infosys

Gopikrishnan Konnanath Gopikrishnan (Gopi) is a Vice President and currently leads the global services for the Enterprise Application Integration, BPM & Services portfolio. Over the course of his two-decade long industry experience, he has handled dynamic and complex business needs of clients, and executed various strategic objectives of the organization. Gopi has been a part of management councils and leadership teams across various functions in his career. He was the lead for the Supply Chain Management Practice, Account Lead for strategic clients in retail & CPG space, and a lead for strategic clients in the Europe region, during his early professional career. Till recently, Gopi led delivery for Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) services for hi-tech and manufacturing clients globally. In addition to his current role, he is the Development Center (DC) Head for the Mangalore DC, which has 4,000 people.

Gopi also leads one of the strategic movements in the organization – Zero Distance. Zero Distance is aimed at creating innovation at a grassroots levels in the organization, by having every project team move closer to end user, closer to technology and closer to value.

Gopi holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from Mangalore University.

Dr. Jayan Sen

Senior Lead Principal and Head, Learning and Development, Infosys

Dr. Jayan Sen Dr. Jayan Sen has 21 years of industry experience and is a qualified industrial organizational psychologist. He has held senior global leadership roles in human resources management, leadership development, and organizational development. His expertise runs across industries such as publishing, education, transportation, logistics, and information technology.

At Infosys, Dr. Jayan leads the learning and development function, motivating employees to learn and grow in the areas of business and leadership. In addition, he enables improved sales effectiveness through learning.

Prior to this, as part of the Infosys Leadership Institute, he has coached, developed, and transitioned senior leaders with high potential to top roles within the company.

Holly Benson

Vice President and Partner, Organizational Transformation, Infosys Consulting

Holly BensonWith over three decades of experience, Holly Benson is an expert in Infosys consulting services (MCS). She founded the Infosys Organizational Transformation practice in 2005 and remains its global head.

With an initial background in petroleum exploration, Holly took a keen interest in strategy, leadership, and organizational change while working with a major international oil company. After helping the oil major set up groundbreaking global shared services and outsourcing models in the mid ’90s, she entered the world of consulting. She has helped global clients in areas such as change management, shared services and outsourcing, technology-enabled business transformation, and MA&D. She describes her current research interests as the ‘future of work’ and the ‘agile enterprise’ that probes people and organizational implications of changing business models.

Krishnamurthy Shankar

Executive Vice President and Group Head, Human Resource Development, Infosys

Krishnamurthy Shankar Krishnamurthy (Krish) Shankar is an Executive Vice President and the Group Head of Human Resource Development at Infosys. In this role, he is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy, and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate.

Krish has over 30 years of experience and has led several global HR functions in organizations like Bharti Airtel, Hindustan Unilever and Unilever. Prior to joining Infosys, Krish was the Head of HR for South Asia at Philips. In his wide ranging experience in these organizations, he has led the transformation of HR into a strategic partner, facilitated organization-wide transformation and capability development, and was instrumental in building a strong talent pool through a series of leadership development initiatives.

Krish holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has received an executive certificate in Strategy and Organization from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Krish is an avid reader, loves wildlife photography, and trekking. A football enthusiast, he occasionally runs half-marathons. He is passionate about teaching and exploring new ideas in HR and organization development. Krish is based in Bangalore.

Pramod Prakash Panda

Vice President and Head, Education, Training and Assessment, Infosys

Pramod Prakash Panda Pramod is responsible for providing training and education to Infosys employees globally. He is responsible for creating the Competency Development Framework across all roles in the organization, crafting agile training solutions in the areas of technology, behavioral skills, and leadership skills. He also manages the entire assessment process - ranging from recruitment to internal career progression.

Prior to this role, Pramod was responsible for delivering Testing Services to manufacturing clients globally. He has also played key roles such as that of a Program Manager, Outsourcing Consultant and the Head of Operations.

Pramod holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the College of Engineering & Technology, Bhubaneswar.

Sai Kumar S

Vice President and HR Head, Geographies (Americas, Europe, Asia), Global Markets and Platforms

Sai Kumar S Sai is a Vice President and heads the HR function for Geographies (Americas, Europe, Asia), Global Markets and Platforms. Prior to this role, he handled HR for multiple business units across Infosys. As an APAC Geography HR Leader with Infosys, he has lived in cities like Tokyo and Shanghai. He was responsible for starting-up and nurturing end- to-end HR operations across Japan, ANZ, ASEAN and Greater China regions. Before this, he managed lateral recruitment for geo-focused business units in Infosys.

Prior to joining Infosys in the year 2000, Sai held various roles in Supply Chain Management at DENSO, SKF and Robert Bosch.

Sai holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Bangalore University.

Rajesh Ahuja

Rajesh Ahuja Rajesh heads Talent Acquisition for all Infosys worldwide locations except India and is based in London. Rajesh is passionate about excellence in the talent acquisition function and strongly believes in good talent practices being strategic advantage to an organization. Very comfortable in leading large multi-cultural teams across various locations Rajesh works to build the Infosys workforce across various developed and new markets. Currently focussed on building a world-class Talent Analytics function to drive the advantage of big data in the world of Talent Acquisition. Richard Lobo

Richard LoboRichard Lobo is a Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Infosys.

He joined Infosys in 2000 and had led several people management functions in the company. Prior to his current role, he headed Human Resources (HR) for the entire Global Delivery organization. He has also headed the Employee Relations function at Infosys. As a member of the company’s Management Council, he is responsible for several key business initiatives for the company. He is a frequent speaker at global industry forums on people matters.

Prior to joining Infosys, he was with Godrej & Boyce, Mumbai in the sales and marketing function.

Shamita Chatterjee Shamita Chatterjee is Senior Vice President HR and manages the Infosys group HR function’s compensation, benefits and compliance centers of excellence. She has over 20 years of experience as a HR practitioner, managing various functions of HR for companies like Titan and LG before she joined Infosys. She has also been a business leader in Mercer Consulting, managing their research & analytics practice for South Asia. Shamita is an avid reader, has keen interest in art & design, and is a 60’s music aficionado. She has a MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a bachelor’s degree in mathematical statistics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.

Shyh-Mei Ho

Associate Vice President, Enterprise Architecture, Infosys

Shyh-Mei HoShyh-Mei Ho, Associate Vice President in Infosys’ Enterprise Architecture practice, recently joined Infosys to drive client legacy modernization initiatives, and to help architect new Infosys solutions in this space. Before Infosys, Shyh-Mei was an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Master Inventor. She has earned 45 global patents, authored many papers and received numerous awards.

Sudip Singh

Senior Vice President and Global head, Engineering Services, Infosys

Sudip Singh Sudip Singh is Global Head of Engineering Services at Infosys. The Engineering Services unit provides solutions to support clients across the product lifecycle of their offerings, from product ideation and creation to sustenance and end-of-life management. With a focus on delivering strategic business values to clients across the globe, Sudip heads a large and diverse talent pool of engineering professionals across industries and Centers of Excellence. He is responsible for all aspects of the engineering services business, including setting strategic direction, driving financial and operational excellence, and providing overall leadership.

Prior to this, Sudip led sales for the Infosys manufacturing group in the Americas. Under his leadership, the manufacturing group opened significant marquee accounts. He led the largest new account opening in the history of Infosys. Over his tenure of 16 years in the company, he has held a number of leadership roles across the company in multiple geographies. Sudip led the engineering sales group in Continental Europe, and then went on to play a significant role in the Aerospace and Defense portfolio in the US. He also successfully led the telecom and media segment in North America for Infosys BPO.
