Anantha Radhakrishnan (Radha), has more than 18 years of experience in business and consulting at local, regional and corporate levels across multiple geographies and industries. At Infosys, he was instrumental in establishing the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business unit.

Radha is a member of the Infosys BPO Executive committee and heads a unit in Infosys Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) focused on building and delivering innovative service delivery models - business platforms and key solutions that provide managed services to customers by bundling consulting, technology and BPO.

Anirudh has more than 15 years of work experience in client servicing, solution design, transition management and core delivery. He started the first client engagement for Infosys BPO and nurtured its growth from 11 full-time employees to over 1,000 resources.

Asheesh has more than 11 years of experience in the BPO industry. He has been instrumental in building a strong foundation for Infosys BPO in the Asia Pacific region.

He will blog on Platform BPO, the 'next generation' BPO solution, going green and transformation.

Gurjeet has more than 16 years of experience in business and IT consulting. He has been associated with several engagements in supply chain consulting and implementation for Fortune 500 companies.

Gurjeet leads the Source-to-Pay platform group at Infosys BPO. He manages go-to-market and solution enrichment for the platform to help clients realize transformational value on business innovations.He has been instrumental in successfully implementing a number of SCM packages for Infosys’ clients. He is also a founding member of the eProcurement practice.

Gurjeet’s blog will focus on sourcing, procurement and platform innovation.

Hariprasad (Hari) has more than 13 years of experience in business and consulting. He has worked with several Fortune 500 customers, helping them implement extended enterprise strategies and achieve business transformation through process and technology innovation. Prior to Infosys, Hari worked in multiple business roles in enterprise solutions architecture, consulting and pre-sales in Supply Chain Management and enterprise technology for a leading trans-national product software organization.

Hari heads a cross functional team at Infosys BPO. He is focused on building strategic platforms and integrated ITO/BPO convergence solutions to deliver managed services to customers. He also manages the portfolio of Strategic Alliances.

Hari will blog on business transformation through process and technology innovation using the IT and BPO convergence model of business platforms.

Nitin specializes in non-linear growth models. He has more than six years of IT experience. He is currently involved with go-to-market planning for Infosys Business Platforms (platform-based BPO).

Sanal has more than 14 years of experience in operations and technology both as a client and a vendor. He has worked at large corporations and a start-up. He heads Alliances at Infosys BPO.

Shubhasis program manages Infosys’ first Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) platform engagement. He has more than 10 years of IT experience and has worked extensively in the Human Resource IT and HRO areas. He has lead engagements both at client sites and offshore delivery centers.

Shubhasis will blog on the evolving Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model and the role of technology in enabling platform BPO offerings.
