Collaborative Analytics

Amrita is working with the Product Incubation and Engineering unit and is responsible for the functional inputs of product development. She has been a part of the product line since its inception and has handled areas related to Business Intelligence, Performance Management and advanced analytics for trade promotion and store performance. She has worked as a business analyst and as a consultant for major CPG and retail companies. She is also actively involved with sales and marketing activities of the product.

Jaya has more than 9 years of experience in analytics and research based consulting in the CPG domain . She has also worked with a number of retail and B2B clients. She has been involved primarily in analytics based offerings for clients in Retail/ CPG domain. Jaya has been working with the iCAT team to help in pitching the product to clients and also in developing the marketing related content.

Her other interests are in working on a Green Solution from Infosys. She has contributed to development of a green solution for the Retail/ CPG domain.

Navin Dhananjaya is Product Head at Product Incubation and Engineering of Infosys and leads the product for Retail/CPG/Logistics unit for Infosys. He is also responsible for competency development in this space and has nurtured this product line from scratch. Navin has over 14 years of experience with specialization in Retail/CPG Enterprise functions with good knowledge of application and product Development - concept to realization, Data warehousing and Business Intelligence

Prior to joining Infosys, Navin was the co-founder and Director of a start-up that focused on building performance management products for the Retail and CPG industry. Navin has previously worked with firms like SAP and Hewlett Packard and handled consulting responsibilities at various levels. He has contributed to multiple Retail and CPG engagements in various roles from solutions consulting to team and program leadership.

Shaji has more than 11 years of experience in the SAP ERP and SAP Business Suite domain. He has extensive experience in project management, architecting, design & development, implementation and support of SAP Solutions for customers across multiple industry sectors such as Consumer Products, Oil & Gas, Customer Service, Utility and Manufacturing.

Shaji currently leads the ERP integration track of "Infosys Collaborative Analytics" suite of products developed by the Product Incubation and Engineering unit at Infosys. He is responsible for the realization of certified product integration with ERP solutions.

Prior to Infosys, Shaji set up, grew and headed the SAP NetWeaver Competency Center at Collabera Enterprise Software Solutions.

Shantanu is the Product Manager at Product Incubation Engineering unit at Infosys. His 9+ years of experience ranges from executing & anchoring projects for multiple CPG in US and Asia to the development of product and its implementations. Oriented in the techno-functional role, his area of interest and expertise lies in Trade Promotion Management, Category Management, Customer Account Management and Demand Planning.

He has been the key founder member of "Infosys Collaborative Analytics" suite of products. He is currently responsible for the product functional roadmap and requirements definition, as well as implementations and deployments. He also manages Customer accounts and leads the team for Product Support.

Shantanu holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from IT-BHU and currently pursuing MBA from IIM, Bangalore.

Vijay leads the SAP service delivery for Infosys’ customers in the retail, CPG and logistics industries. He is also responsible for competency development in this space and has been responsible for establishing and developing Infosys’ vertical-specific service delivery. Having worked with Infosys for approximately 11 years, Vijay has contributed to multiple SAP engagements in various roles - from solutions consulting to team and program leadership.
