Pravin Rao U.BPravin Rao as Chief Operating Officer has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the company’s offerings. He oversees the key functions of global sales, global delivery and business enabling functions. He drives and oversees the continuous renewal of key processes, systems and policies across the company in client relationship management, sales effectiveness, delivery excellence, quality, talent management and leadership development. Pravin is also Chairperson of Infosys BPO.

He has over 30 years of experience. Since joining Infosys in 1986, he has held a number of senior leadership roles including Head of Infrastructure Management Services, Delivery Head for Europe, and Head of Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Logistics and Life Sciences.

Pravin holds a degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University, India. He is a member of the National Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Executive Council of Nasscom.

Amitabh has more than 19 years of IT and business process delivery experience with retail and CPG clients. He has managed and led large teams and his experience includes working with senior business and IT leaders to implement large retail supply chain transformation and merchandise transformation initiatives. He has been recognized as a thought leader and has helped retailers develop long-term strategic business and IT roadmaps. He has led the development and deployment of industry solutions in supply chain planning and merchandise optimization business functions.

Amitabh holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a degree in mechanical engineering. He is certified in production and inventory management from APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society). He has authored several white papers in the areas of supply chain management and merchandising.

Anurag Vardhan Sinha

Anurag Vardhan SinhaAnurag has been helping the world’s leading Communications Service Providers, and Media conglomerates leverage technology, and outsourcing partnerships to create sustainable differentiation. Arish Ali

Co-Founder & CEO, Skava


AliArish Ali is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Skava, an Infosys subsidiary in the retail sector in the U.S. and Europe. He is responsible for leading the company’s revenue growth, as well as leading product innovation and increasing client satisfaction.

Arish has over 20 years of experience in software design and development with Microsoft and other firms. Prior to his current role, he was the Software Development Manager leading the R&D team at Brience, where he helped pioneer mobile middleware platforms and the development of websites using advanced mobile content optimization technology. Aruna C. Newton

Aruna C. NewtonAruna started her career as a Cost Accountant and worked extensively in the area of sales and marketing, before coming home to learning and development. Over the last 25+ years, she has traversed many fields gaining a rich experience and perspective across organizations, people and functions.

As Associate Vice President, she leads Infosys Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability Reporting and Governance portfolios. A leader in Executive Council at Infosys Bangalore Development Centre, she is also Founder Mentor of Green Connect, the Infosys environmental sustainability initiative powered by Infoscions.

She was the President of the Electronics City Industries Association (ELCIA), an industrial estate of over 180 corporations, and she continues to be engaged in security, traffic, transport, infrastructure and social programs for the estate. She now serves as the Chairperson of ELCIA Trust. She works with Bangalore City Police and the Government of Karnataka on projects concerning improvements to traffic and infrastructure and the prevention of crime in the city. In 2009, she was honored with the WILL Women’s Choice Award, a special recognition for Women in Leadership. She was also selected as The Most Happening Woman in Bangalore – 2011, by the Women’s Guild, a forum for talented women across fields and endeavors.

Her current efforts include working with Civil Defence; Jaago Re and Jaagte Raho, Citizen Police and other projects aimed at growing the involvement of citizens in governance and actions – a key to building a vibrant democracy.

A keen sports enthusiast, Aruna has represented Karnataka in Women’s Hockey for many years including captaining the state team, school, college and university teams in a sports career spanning over 11 years. She is also an amateur athlete (marathon) and motorcyclist. She also serves on the Board of Studies at Mount Carmel College’s Commerce Department.

Becky Lowe

Becky LoweBecky has an HR career spanning three decades and joined Infosys in July 2016. She has spent her entire career working with IT Professional Services teams. Most recently she was Vice President – HR, responsible for Experian Global IT Services. Prior to this role, she spent 10 years at Capgemini, a company she joined as the result of an acquisition that spawned their Global Outsourcing practice. Over those years, Becky held various HR roles mostly involving large scale transformational change. She also has a strong background in Talent Development and a passion for client interface. Binod Hampapur Rangadore

Binod has over 30 years of industry experience and has held several leadership positions at Infosys. He joined the company in 1993 as the Head of Manpower Planning. From 1996 to 1998, he was Head of the Customer Support Group for the Banking business unit. Subsequently, he was Senior Vice President and Global Head of Commercial and Facilities functions. Binod took on the role of the Global Head of Commercial and Corporate Relations functions in 2010.

As a responsible corporate citizen, Binod has funded the establishment of a 150-bed hospital for Sri Sringeri Mutt. In an honorary role, he is the Chairman of the Board of Governors at Rangadore Memorial Hospital, which is named after his father, the late H.S. Rangadore.

Binod started his career in MICO BOSCH as a technical sales engineer. He has a bachelor’s degree in industrial and production engineering from the BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India.

Carly Cooper

Ganapathy Subramanian

Vice President and Solutions Head—Platforms, Infosys


SubramanianGanapathy Subramanian manages the Infosys Information Platform (IIP), an open source, cloud- based big data platform that helps customers get real-time insights and foresights from their transactional data.

Prior to joining Infosys, Ganapathy Subramanian was the Global Vice President of the Customer Engagement and Strategic Projects (CE & SP) team in SAP Labs India. He was also a member of SAP’s extended Global Leadership Team and its Global Team of Executives. He was named ‘Leader of the Year’ as a part of SAP Labs India Annual Awards 2013.

Prior to SAP, Ganapathy worked as a Software Developer at IMR Global, and has more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry.

He holds an MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, as well as a diploma in Executive General Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. He has also completed a Senior Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, Massachusetts, USA.

Gopikrishnan Konnanath

Gopikrishnan KonnanathGopikrishnan (Gopi) is a Vice President and currently leads the global services for the Enterprise Application Integration, BPM & Services portfolio. Over the course of his two-decade long industry experience, he has handled dynamic and complex business needs of clients, and executed various strategic objectives of the organization. Gopi has been a part of management councils and leadership teams across various functions in his career. He was the lead for the Supply Chain Management Practice, Account Lead for strategic clients in retail & CPG space, and a lead for strategic clients in the Europe region, during his early professional career. Till recently, Gopi led delivery for Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) services for hi-tech and manufacturing clients globally. Holly Benson

Holly BensonWith over three decades of experience, Holly Benson is an expert in Infosys Consulting. She founded the Infosys Organizational Transformation practice in 2005.

With an initial background in petroleum exploration, Holly took a keen interest in strategy, leadership, and organizational change while working with a major international oil company. Indranil Mukherjee

Jagdish Vasishtha

Jagdish VasishthaJagdish Vasishtha (Jags) is Associate Vice President and Practice Head for Digital and Integration Services for energy, utilities, communications, and services clients in North America. His responsibilities include customer experience transformation, digitization of enterprise, connected devices, and enabling new business models. He has over 20 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, of which 12 years have been spent at Infosys in two stints. In his earlier role, he managed the Digital Transformation practice for energy, communication, and services customers. He successfully led a large transformation program for a telco client that involved the creation of core online components (products) and their subsequent deployment in 22 operating companies with minimum customization. During the time between his two stints, Jags conceptualized and developed a social collaboration product – Injoos (now part of BMC Software).

Jags has initiated various centers of excellence (CoE), including CoE for Mobility (with solutions like RFID and FFA) and CSP Package practice. He has worked on various telecom / datacom products such as Nortel DMS250, Sonus GSX, and Excel- programmable CPCI switch. He established the Chandigarh development center (DC) for Infosys. He has also played the role of DC Head for Mohali and Bangalore centers.

Jasmeet Singh

Krishnananda R.

He leads partner product integration and heads delivery for the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) testbed.

Prior to this, he held varying roles in telecom product research and design (R&D) in 3G / 4G network, system integration of Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, and VoLTE network design. Before joining Infosys, he worked as a lead hub engineer with Wipro-British Telecom, and as a communication engineer in National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC).

Shenoy has a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University.

Krishnamurthy Shankar

Executive Vice President Group Head, Human Resource Development, Infosys

Krishnamurthy ShankarKrishnamurthy (Krish) Shankar is an Executive Vice President and the Group Head of Human Resource Development at Infosys. In this role, he is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy, and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate.

Krish has over 30 years of experience and has led several global HR functions in organizations like Bharti Airtel, Hindustan Unilever and Unilever. Prior to joining Infosys, Krish was the Head of HR for South Asia at Philips. In his wide ranging experience in these organizations, he has led the transformation of HR into a strategic partner, facilitated organization- wide transformation and capability development, and was instrumental in building a strong talent pool through a series of leadership development initiatives.

Krish holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has received an executive certificate in Strategy and Organization from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Madhu Janardan

Madhu JanardanMadhu Janardan started his career with Infosys in 1996, and is currently a Senior Vice President and Global Head of Ecosystems and Alliances. Madhu has over 27 years of experience in defining strategic business solutions and IT consulting for several companies in Japan, Europe, and North America. Prior to this role, Madhu was the Industry Head for Americas and oversaw several retail and CPG accounts in the US and has expertise in developing, and maintaining strong client relationships. With his collaborative approach to innovation, he has led teams to consistently deliver client delight, in challenging business- technology environments. Madhu has led by building an affiliate team and coaching them to get pacesetting results for the unit and the company.

Madhu completed his master of computer applications from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy, India (now National Institute of Technology). After almost 16 years in the Greater Seattle region, Madhu has recently made the Bay Area his home. He enjoys cooking and going on scenic hikes. He also spends time participating in community activities and teaching at the local university. Robin Kirby

Raghavan Subramanian

Raghavan SubramanianRaghavan Subramanian has been with Infosys since 1994. He is an Associate Vice President and Head of Strategy and Innovation for CIO Organization, Infosys. In his previous role, he was with Infosys Labs, the R&D wing of Infosys, where he headed the centers of excellence (CoEs) for innovation, big-data, gamification, IoT, Legacy modernization and user-experience. He has strategized Infosys cloud service offerings, built multiple products in the areas of collective- intelligence, cloud, big-data and performance engineering. He has also advised several enterprises in their application- rationalization exercises.

Raghavan was earlier the product manager for the Infosys Social Media platform, a SaaS offering, where he created several web 2.0 modules like video-uploads, blogs, online communities, forums, social analytics and integrated them in a holistic manner.

Prior to this, as the program-manager of a consortium of technology companies, he built an online- collaboration portal for a famous think-tank organization to connect the leaders of the world. He earlier headed the technology consulting group of EMEA, where he defined/reviewed the IT strategy of telecom- service-providers, banks and retail organizations in the US, Europe and Australia. He is an invited speaker in several forums, is a co-author of 2 patents and has many publications. He was adjudged the “Technology champion of Infosys” in 2006.

Raghavan has over 18 years of work experience in areas such as collective intelligence, cloud-computing, Social- media, Internet application security, eCommerce, enterprise application integration, business-IT strategy and telecom. Raghavendra K.

Raghavendra K.Raghavendra is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources (HR). His expertise lies in aligning HR’s functional role to dovetail business plans. His areas of interest include developing HR competencies, managing cultural diversity, and change management, especially in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

He has created strong synergies between performance management systems and employee development platforms, ensuring that Infosys has a readily available and competent internal talent pool to meet business challenges. A strong proponent of ‘Learn while you earn,’ he has institutionalized a number of organizational interventions whereby an employee can move up the value chain while continuing to pursue one's career.

Raghavendra has anchored numerous initiatives to support the development of strategic HR and is a frequent speaker in HR thought leadership sessions and seminars in India and globally.

C.N. Raghupathi

Senior Vice President and Head, India Business Unit, Infosys

Raghupathi C.N.Raghu is Head of the India business for Infosys. He has over 27 years of experience. In this role, Raghu is responsible for strategy formulation, sales, delivery, innovation, and total P&L management. Infosys has signed and delivered many prestigious projects under Raghu’s guidance. Despite its late entry into India, the India business unit is an established institution in the field of consulting, systems integration, and business transformation today.

Raghu is the Chair of various BIS working groups that work towards establishing ICT standards in the power sector. He is also a technical committee member of CIGRE, the international body that sets standards for the power sector. He was a part of the Nandan Nilekani report on IT in the power sector. He is also an executive committee member of TERI-BCSD (Business Council for Sustainable Development).

Raghu is associated with the Rakesh Mohan committee on transport policy where he leads the division on IT in the transport sector. He works at Belur Math on a project related to ICT in healthcare – as part of the Davies initiative on healthcare in emerging economies, at the University of Southern California. He also holds a U.S patent for his work on ICT. In his previous organizations, he made significant contributions in the field of membrane technology.

Raghu has played a significant role in bringing mobile applications to the world of money transfer through Airtel Money, which today is favored by more than 25 lakh customers in India.

His work in rural areas for Commitments, a non-profit organization, gives him tremendous insight into the financial needs of the marginalized sections of society. He currently heads a project to convert 155,000 post offices into banks, which could potentially create the world’s most extensive financial institution.

Raghu has worked extensively in the U.S with clients, including Southern California Edison and British Petroleum.

Raghu is an alumnus of IIT Madras and has had extensive management training in India and abroad.

Rajashekara V. Maiya

He was also instrumental in incubating the knowledge and machine learning driven automation offering from Infosys.

Shyam has led the CoE for Big Data Center and Cloud Computing, worked with clients on early engagements and helped in incubating successful consulting practices around these technologies.

He is a thought leader on Cloud and Big Data Technologies. He has nine patents granted to him and over 10 pending. He has also been invited as a speaker to several conferences and has authored articles for several publications.

Srikantan Moorthy

Srikantan MoorthySrikantan Moorthy (Tan) is an Executive Vice President and the Head of Global Services for Application Development & Maintenance, Independent Validation Services and Business Intelligence. He has over 30 years of global experience in the professional services industry.

Until recently, Tan was the Group Head of HRD, where he was responsible for several facets of the employee lifecycle, including compensation and benefits, performance management, career development, and employee engagement for over 160,000 employees across the Infosys group. Prior to this, he was the Head of Education and Research (E&R), where his primary responsibility was talent development through competency building. In this role, he drove the residential 23-week training for new engineering graduates joining Infosys and also led the continuous education program involving over 100,000 employees. In addition, he was responsible for the Infosys Campus Connect program, partnering with over 400 engineering colleges in India and providing interventions to raise the employability of graduating engineering students.

Furthermore, Tan leads the Corporate Sustainability Reporting effort at Infosys. In this role, he has been championing sustainability awareness across the organization through educational programs on sustainability.

Tan is an active representative of the company in several professional bodies, including the Professional Development Committee of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery), NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services in India), Education Council, and IFEES (International Federation of Engineering Education Societies). As a member of IFEES, he has played a key role in the launch of the IFEES Award for Engineering Education. In July 2010, Tan was inducted as a Founding Director of the International Professional Practice Partnership (IP3) Global Industry Council (IP3-GIC). Sudha Murty

Sudha MurtySudha Murty is the chairperson of the Infosys Foundation in India and a Trustee of the Infosys Foundation USA. She has a master's degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. She started her career as a development engineer with TELCO (now Tata Motors) and has also taught computer science at Bangalore University.

Sudha Murty is a prolific writer in Kannada and English. She is a columnist for English and Kannada dailies with 24 books and 156 titles to her credit – including novels, non-fiction, travelogues, technical books, and memoirs. Her books have been translated into all major Indian languages. She has been honored with awards for her philanthropic and literary efforts.

She has also received the Padma Shri Award from the Government of India as well as seven honorary doctorates from universities in India.
