Achintya is responsible for content creation in a capacity of Project manager. He is currently working in the learning domain and its been a real "Learning" experience to understand the field of instructional designing.

His work experience in past has been diverse from graphics design to web design to web programming to .Net programming to Project Management. And with this diverse background, it will be an added advantage to work with Learning Services and its clients.

Achintya’s interests include watching Sports (cricket comes as religion), Reading (Specifically Marathi literature), and classical music.

Anjana has over 14 years of experience in the learning services industry. She is responsible for defining learning solutions and instructional strategies for clients. She mentors the Instruction Design team and works with the Presales team on realizing estimations and learning solutions.

Anjana has led assignments on development of various learning solutions like Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs), Computer Based Trainings (CBTs), and Web Based Trainings (WBTs) and blended learning courses. She has designed courses for Universities and K12 students as well. Anjana has been instrumental in driving assessment and competency building projects, and knowledge portal projects.

She will blog on adult learning theories, learning styles and trends.

Anshul has been with Infosys for two-and-half years, contributing extensively in the capacity of a consultant functional designer. She is currently the lead designer of a project for a telecom client. She has worked on different Line of Business (LOB) projects.

Anshul will blog on the latest trends in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), issues concerning customer satisfaction and how technology can be used to enhance customer experience.

Gaurav Rastogi heads Learning Services, which is a new unit within Infosys that aims to help clients win with innovations in learning. Gaurav joined Infosys being a part of the sales in early 2001 and moved into running Global Sales Effectiveness .Worked with the COO, in this role, and his job involved creating and managing a comprehensive transformation program targeted at the client services team. This involved aspects of strategy, account management and sales process, talent management, sales operations and competency development.

Gaurav is also a member of the eLF(eLearning Forum)Advisory Council.

Gaurav enjoys Reading, writing, blogging (write a blog on the Bhagvad Gita) and gardening to name a few. He reads about complexity science, brain research, philosophy, popular science and popular economics.

Josh has more than 15 years of industry experience. He works with customers to design effective learning solutions that solve real business problems. He will blog on learning technologies, workforce performance and metrics.

Jyothi has over 12 years of experience in the learning domain. She specializes in e-learning, Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs) and blended learning solutions. Her core area of focus is technology implementation related training.

Jyothi will blog on technology-based trainings, learning organizations and quality aspects of training.

Kaiser is a Principal Consultant with Infosys Leadership Institute with over 12 years of experience in the learning arena. At ILI , he is involved with the learning management and tier leadership system in the capacity of a learning manager. He also handles training activities at the institute. With over 8 years of industry experience, Kaiser has conducted both public programs and corporate consulting across the US, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Karthikraj has 15 years of experience working with global telecommunication customers and helping them drive multiple IT projects. He was instrumental in implementing a collaborative platform for over 5,000 people using Web 2.0 (wikis and blogs) concepts. He has also implemented adoption strategies to ensure widespread use across the world.

Karthikraj will blog on informal learning, social learning tools and the role of game based learning in corporate learning strategies.

Luke specializes in process documentation and recording. He has two years of industry experience. He has assisted in developing and bringing online the Help Documentation for a SAP implementation at a major oil company.

Manjula heads the Infosys delivery team of Learning Services in India. She also manages the technical training requirements of the Pune Development center. She has more than 16 years of IT experience.

She has managed large teams in application development and maintenance for Discrete Manufacturing customers.

Moushmi helps customers identify their learning needs. She guides them on best practices to implement programs using online capabilities and learning technologies. She has more than eight years of experience. She will blog on informal learning, virtual learning world and learning technologies.

Neelam has over nine years of IT experience. She specializes in enterprise learning with a focus on learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Neelam has extensive knowledge in learning portals, LMS strategy and implementation, LMS package evaluation, knowledge management, and learning solutions delivery across functional and technical teams.

Pranay is an LMS Consultant with experience in interfacing with other applications such as LCMS. He has more than 12 years of experience of which he has spent seven years at Infosys. He has helped implement the Campus Community module of PeopleSoft 9.0 for a University and helped customers with LMS technology consultations. Praveen helps companies define and implement training strategy. In addition, he manages content and learning management systems. He has more than 10 years of industry experience.

As a project manager, Sameer is responsible for designing and delivering web based solutions on Microsoft platform. Very recently he has managed projects based on the Web 2.0 concept of collaboration and social networking. Some of the projects done includes Collaboration platform for a community, Platform that supports collaborative learning by enabling collaboration between various systems and it’s users, Marketing platform to promote Microsoft Office Business Applications

Sameer also has extensive experience as a programmer in various languages and technologies like C, C++, C#, Javascript, ASP.Net and SQL Server 2000.

Sameer enjoys traveling, Sports especially football and Cricket.

Sanjay has over 10 years of IT experience. He is responsible for the delivery of multiple projects in the Learning Services Practice at Infosys. Sanjay has been working on Microsoft Technologies, mostly in the development of Web-based applications of various domains; and also has experience in .NET product development. He has also worked on projects for the Banking and Capital Markets Practice at Infosys. Sanjay’s interests span the breadth of Web 2.0.

Sean helps firms define and implement training strategy, content and learning management systems. He has more than 20 years of industry of experience.

Shashi has more than 10.5 years of IT experience and has worked with several clients across regions at onsite and offshore in a variety of project types in the ADM space before joining Learning Services in October 2007. He has worked extensively in pre- sales and contributed actively as a leader and member to the account, unit and organization level initiatives. Completed post graduation from IIT Bombay in Civil Engineering in 1998.

Shilpa has about 10 years of experience in the field of instructional design. She is currently responsible for analysis, design and development of end to end learning solutions. Shilpa has designed and developed Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs), Web Based Trainings (WBTs) as well as blended training material on a wide range of topics such as telecom, soft skills, pharmaceuticals, finance, and software. She has also designed courses for K12 and higher education students.

Simon is responsible for building the U.K. market for LERN services companies across multiple sectors. He has more than 20 years experience in telecommunications, consulting, business development and learning marketplaces. Simon is responsible for winning the first U.K. LERN engagement with a multi-national oil and gas corporation.

Dr. Srinivas Padmanabhuni heads the SOA Centre of Excellence at SETLabs, Infosys' Research group. His areas of interest include Web services, Service Oriented Architecture and Grid technologies, alongside pursuing interests in intelligent agents and enterprise architecture.

Srikantan Moorthy or Tan, to his colleagues, has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. Tan brings with him extensive experience in technology, project and people management and customer interaction. Tan’s experience ranges from systems and application programming on a variety of computing platforms to client partnering, operations management, business development and strategy definition. Tan is a results- oriented business leader with a flair for people development and process improvement. Tan has been a key contributor to the competency development initiative at Infosys.

Tanvi mentors Instructional Designers, performs audits on deliverables, and contributes to pre-sales. She has over 9 years of experience in the learning industry. She has worked at several MNCs and conducted technical training sessions encompassing Information and Learning Technologies (ILTs) for students.

Tanvi specializes in e-learning, ILTs, and blended learning. She has wide- ranging experience in healthcare, telecom and banking. Her areas of interest include learning styles, learning behaviors, and finding solutions for various learning outcomes.

Ted helps enterprises define and implement training strategy, content and learning management systems. He has more than 30 years of industry experience.
