Srinivas (BG to his colleagues), has more than 23 years of experience in business and consulting across multiple geographies and industries. At Infosys, he was instrumental in establishing the Enterprise Solutions practice, which is today Infosys’ largest practice.

BG heads Infosys’ manufacturing business unit. He is also responsible for global engineering and product development. He is a member of the Board of Infosys BPO and also a member of the Board of Infosys’ three subsidiaries in Europe. As a member of the Executive Council of Infosys, he holds responsibilities for the Europe region.

Earlier, BG was the head of Infosys’ European operations. Under his leadership, business grew significantly, increasing the company’s footprint in several European countries and across multiple industries.

Anup is responsible for client relationship management, solution development and engineering delivery of the telecom OEM practice in hi-tech manufacturing at Infosys. He has been with Infosys since 1993, and is a member of the Infosys management council. During this period, he has been responsible for multiple client relationships in US and Europe; and has led engineering teams in India. Prior to his current role, he was Infosys’ Global Engagement Manager for a large bank where he led one of Infosys’ largest transformational engagements.

Badri specializes in the design and delivery of solutions that focus on the creation and consumption of supply chain information to realize business value. An RFID expert, he has presented at several forums, including Knowledge@Wharton. Dr. Devalla has a PhD in Computer Science (Texas A & M University). He has several years of experience as a Systems Architect, Product Manager and Consultant.

VJ Bala, VJ to his colleagues, has over 15 years of experience in applying technology in innovative ways to product development, business operations and marketing. After pioneering the application of Internet and e-business strategies for the development of Infosys’ operations in the automotive and high-tech industries, VJ is now building a global marketing model in his current role as head of marketing for the manufacturing industry at Infosys. VJ’s interests include technology, innovation and sustainability. VJ is a winner of multiple leadership and excellence awards, and holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MS from the Ohio State University.

Nitesh has been instrumental in developing Infosys’ business in Europe, and oversees the company’s operations in Switzerland. He has helped build multi-tier client relationships spanning across business lines and geographies, and implementing governance structures that can effectively manage services across ADM, Infrastructure, ERP implementations, business consulting and transformation. Nitesh has won several internal awards for his contributions to Infosys.

His areas of interest include trends and outlook for the automotive industry, the globalization of product development, strategic sourcing, the environment and sustainability, IT management and the role of technology in creating revenue streams.

Prasad has over 20 years of global experience in various leadership roles across the aerospace, auto, manufacturing and services industries. Having handled significant accounts for Infosys in aerospace, Prasad has been instrumental in establishing Infosys’ presence in the industry across geographies for both IT and engineering services.

Paul has more than 15 years of strategy, consulting and implementation experience in global sourcing. He provides solutions for companies in the resources industries such as chemicals, metals and mining, agribusiness, and paper and pulp.

With extensive experience in the industry managing automotive and aerospace companies, Rohit has been with Infosys for over 12 years. As part of the management team that has given strategic direction to Infosys' business in the automotive industry, he has helped build the business across services ranging from IT services, BPO, product engineering and consulting. He has been won several awards internally for his contributions to the company.

His areas of interest include trends and outlook for the automotive industry, the globalization of product development, strategic sourcing, the environment and sustainability, IT management and the role of technology in creating revenue streams.

Sanjay heads Infosys’ US operations for the hi-tech and manufacturing industry. Sanjay has over 20 years of experience in the industry across diverse functions and roles with Indian and international IT organizations.

Satya has more than 14 years of experience. He heads the client development and sales for the European manufacturing sector. He has managed several outsourcing-led transformations for companies in Europe across manufacturing, telecom and retail sector. Prior to Infosys, Satya was a consultant with a leading management consultancy firm in London where he advised European clients on strategic IT and business challenges.

Satya’s area of interest includes globalization and its impact on business and IT.

Sreenivas or ‘Bash’ is responsible for all sales, execution and client relationships in the aerospace and defense industry. Bash has worked with several manufacturing firms in a career spanning 17 years, the last 8 of which have been with Infosys. He is a member of Infosys’ industry unit executive council and responsible for creating and delivering strategic initiatives and leading large scale transformational and business transactions.

Sudhir has worked across the manufacturing, retail and technology industries for over 15 years and is a consultant to several clients on IT, sourcing and supply chain strategies. Among the founding members of Infosys’ European operations, he has been instrumental in building and managing strategic relationships for Infosys in the region. Sudhir is also a member of the company’s European leadership council.

Sudripto has more than 16 years of IT experience. He is responsible for developing manufacturing solutions/offerings, driving thought leadership through white papers and conferences, and leading client engagements.

Sudripto has filed a patent for Text Analytics and Knowledge Modeling and Bayesian Network for Root Cause Analysis. He has authored a book chapter for SpringerLink Book on Advanced Data Mining and written white papers in Inside Supply Management (ISM) and Warranty Week. He has delivered lectures at the World Warranty Chain Management Conference, All China Economic International Conference and the International Conference for Manufacturing Research.

Sudripto’s areas of interest include strategic procurement, supplier development, new product development, production planning and control, supply chain quality and risk management, supply chain management and service and warranty management.

Valmeeka (Val to his colleagues) has more than 24 years of experience in developing engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions to regional and global companies.

Val focuses on delivering high-value global engineering transformation solutions leveraging PLM, resulting in lean, agile and innovative benefits for customers.

Prior to Infosys, Val managed the South-East Asia operations of a Japanese company specializing in engineering solutions, since inception.

Vishal has more than 11 years of industry experience in strategy, consulting, sales, program management, business operations and IT management. He is a distinguished speaker at industry seminars and forums.
