Anup is responsible for client relationship management, solution development and engineering delivery of the Telecom OEM practice in Hi-Tech Manufacturing at Infosys. He has been with Infosys since 1993, and is a member of the Infosys management council. During this period, he has been responsible for multiple client relationships in US and Europe; and has led engineering teams in India. Prior to his current role, he was Infosys’ Global Engagement Manager for a large bank where he led one of Infosys’ largest transformational engagements.

Srinivas (BG to his colleagues) has more than 23 years of experience in business and consulting across multiple geographies and industries. At Infosys, he was instrumental in establishing the Enterprise Solutions practice, which is Infosys’ largest today.

BG heads Infosys’ Manufacturing business unit. He is also responsible for global engineering and product development. He is a member of the Board of Infosys BPO and also on the Board of three Infosys subsidiaries in Europe. As a member of the Executive Council of Infosys, he is responsible for the Europe region.

Earlier, BG was the head of Infosys’ European operations. Under his leadership, business grew significantly, increasing the company’s footprint in several European countries and across multiple industries.

He has several years of experience as a Systems Architect, Product Manager and Consultant. Badri specializes in the design and delivery of solutions that focus on the creation and consumption of supply chain information to realize business value. An RFID expert, he has presented at several forums, including Knowledge@Wharton. Badri has a PhD in Computer Science (Texas A&M University).

Bhavin has more than 13 years of IT experience. He has published papers on reputed websites and international conferences. Bhavin has successfully executed several engagements relating to technology consulting and business solution implementation for Manufacturing clients.

Bhavin will blog on new technology COEs, conceptualizing technology-focused business solutions and strategic IT transformation programs aligned with new business and technology trends.

Nitesh has been instrumental in developing Infosys’ business in Europe, and oversees the company’s operations in Switzerland. He has helped build multi-tier client relationships spanning business lines and geographies, and implementing governance structures that can effectively manage services across ADM, Infrastructure, ERP implementations, business consulting and transformation. Nitesh has won several internal awards for his contributions to Infosys.

His areas of interest include trends and outlook for the automotive industry, the globalization of product development, strategic sourcing, the environment and sustainability, IT management and the role of technology in creating revenue streams.

Prasad has over 20 years of global experience in various leadership roles across the Aerospace, Auto, Manufacturing and Services industries. Having handled significant accounts for Infosys in Aerospace, Prasad has been instrumental in establishing Infosys’ presence in the industry across geographies for both IT and engineering services.

Parashar has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, and is a certified TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) practitioner. He has active interest in supply chain problems/ solutions, information management and data quality. As Senior Architect, Parashar works with manufacturing enterprises to strategize technology focused business initiatives.

Peeyush has over 12 years of industry experience. Currently, he works as Marketing Head for Hi-tech and Manufacturing vertical. He is an expert in implementing marketing strategies that deliver direct business impact.

With extensive experience in the industry managing Automotive and Aerospace companies, Rohit has been with Infosys for over 12 years. As part of the management team that has given strategic direction to Infosys' business in the Automotive industry, he has helped build the business across services ranging from IT services, BPO, product engineering and consulting. He has won several awards for his contributions to the company.

His areas of interest include trends and outlook for the automotive industry, the globalization of product development, strategic sourcing, the environment and sustainability, IT management and the role of technology in creating revenue streams.

Sanjay heads Infosys’ US operations for the Hi-Tech and Manufacturing industry. Sanjay has over 20 years of experience in the industry across diverse functions and roles with Indian and international IT organizations.

Satya has more than 14 years of experience. He heads the client development and sales for the European Manufacturing sector. He has managed several outsourcing-led transformations for companies in Europe across Manufacturing, Telecom and Retail sectors. Prior to Infosys, Satya was a consultant with a leading management consultancy firm in London where he advised European clients on strategic IT and business challenges.

Satya’s area of interest includes globalization and its impact on business and IT.

Shridhar has more than 14 years of IT experience. Having worked extensively with automotive majors, he has a unique insight into global auto trends and shifts. He has helped several automotive businesses implement the right technology solutions and execute large programs for global customers.

Shridhar’s areas of interest include automotive solutions, consumer-centric approach and the role of technology in increasing value.

Stephen, currently a Senior Technology Architect, has over 11 years of experience. He has developed key solutions for enterprise innovation, sales effectiveness, Next Gen customer care, and customer intelligence. Stephen has also been involved in product incubation and development, IT strategy consulting, enterprise architecture, and Web transformation projects. He works with manufacturing enterprises and helps strategize technology focused business initiatives.

Stephen will blog on manufacturing collaboration, agri-farmer solutions, food safety frameworks, transformational BPO and packaged service offerings, social customer connect, green supply chains, and supplier collaboration.

Sudhir has worked across Manufacturing, Retail and Technology industries for over 15 years and is a consultant to several clients on IT, sourcing and supply chain strategies. Sudhir was among founders of Infosys’ European operations and has been instrumental in building and managing strategic relationships for Infosys in the region. Sudhir is also a member of the company’s European leadership council.

Sudripto has more than 16 years of IT experience. He is responsible for developing manufacturing solutions/offerings, driving thought leadership through white papers and conferences, and leading client engagements.

Sudripto has filed a patent for Text Analytics and Knowledge Modeling and Bayesian Network for Root Cause Analysis. He has authored a book chapter for a SpringerLink Book on Advanced Data Mining and written white papers in Inside Supply Management (ISM) and Warranty Week. He has delivered lectures at the World Warranty Chain Management Conference, All China Economic International Conference and the International Conference for Manufacturing Research.

Sudripto’s areas of interest include strategic procurement, supplier development, new product development, production planning and control, supply chain quality and risk management, supply chain management and service and warranty management.

Valmeeka (Val to his colleagues) has more than 24 years of experience in developing engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions to regional and global companies.

Val focuses on delivering high-value global engineering transformation solutions leveraging PLM, resulting in lean, agile and innovative benefits for customers.

Val will blog on topics related to Global Engineering.

VJ Bala (VJ to his colleagues) has over 15 years of experience in applying technology in innovative ways to product development, business operations and marketing. After pioneering the application of Internet and e-business strategies for the development of Infosys’ operations in the automotive and high-tech industries, VJ is now building a global marketing model in his current role as head of marketing for the Engineering Services practice at Infosys.

VJ’s interests include technology, innovation and sustainability.

Sriram has 23 years of industry experience. He initiated and established Infosys in Japan, and also expanded the operations to cover Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and China.

Currently he is a Senior Vice President, Regional Head Manufacturing (APAC, Middle East, Africa), and besides a part of Infosys' Management Council and its Tier 1 Leadership.
