Fusion Projects Portfolio Management (PPM) - Charting a new course for Project Managers

The Project Manager, like a captain on a ship, is ultimately responsible for the success of a project. In a project centric environment, there have been challenges faced to achieve the quality, on-time completion and cost effective project delivery. These challenges turn out to be massive when one project manager is responsible for managing multiple projects running at the same time.
