Functional Design Considerations

HCM system Architecture - How many SAP HCM systems involved, the New Hire applicant's data to be integrated. For example, some clients have 2 distinct systems - Global and Local HCM systems

Taleo Design Considerations

  • Separate Web services for Development and Production environments

  • Standard field mapping

  • UDF Fields - It is obvious to define custom fields in Taleo

  • Filter criteria - Has limitation by 6 levels

  • Attribute "perfo.max.projection.field.count" standard limit is 100 fields, where integration query will fail if pulling morethan 100 fields In some instances, it is required to compress the WSDL files, due to Heapspace error
