With Cloud, Social Networking, High Speed internet, Mobility and Smart devices comimg together good and consistent customer experience across all channels becomes key to success. Besides Customer experiences cannot be viewed any more as sole function of customer facing activities. Evey single touch point and channels contributes to customer perception, loyalty and profitability.
