Dr. Jai Ganesh is a Senior Researcher at SETLabs, Infosys' Research group. His research focuses on SOA, Web services, IT strategy, IT standards and adaptive enterprises. His research has been published in journals such as Information & Management, Journal of Global Information Management, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, etc. and conferences such as AMCIS, ICWS and others.

Sohrab Kakalia is a Vice President & Head of Technology Consulting at Infosys Technologies. He has 20 years of experience in the IT industry, and has helped several leading corporations transform, design and integrate their software systems to achieve efficient and competitive operations. He has led many large, end-to-end multi-technology projects that cover the hardware, OS, application software, network and security domains.

Tushar Sachdev is a Principal Architect with Infosys Technologies. He drives the strategy for the Enterprise Information Management practice at Infosys. He has executed several strategic engagements for clients in this space. He has 12 years of IT experience. He has published papers in several forums.
